Teacher should try to understand his state of mind and open him with counseling and personal conversations. It is possible that he will open himself for first time but your regular care will help him to stop his oppositional defiant behavior in classroom. Workshops should be conducted in schools where child could learn to meditate and control his frequent outbursts. Besides this, if student shows any symptoms of oppositional defiant trait in classrooms, school administration must arrange personal parents meeting to inform about effected child. Both Teacher and parents have to work together to sort out this problem which child is facing alone. Some classroom strategies can also be formed to tackle oppositional defiant behavior in classroom. Teacher must deal with aggressive student with patience and try to abstain himself from punishments and arguments. He must try to check out the motive of student.
